Dr Nancy Momoff

Specialist Menopause GP
Founder of Harmonia Women's Health

Hi! I'm Dr Nancy Momoff, a Menopause Specialist GP and founder of Harmonia Women's Health- a bespoke clinic dedicated to compassionate, personalised care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

After obtaining my medical degree in South Africa, I spent the following 20 years working abroad as a GP with various special interests including dermatology, aged care, aesthetic medicine, travel health and paediatrics, but my true passion has always been women's health. While working in London, I went on to complete my diploma in Women's Health through the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecolgists.

After moving to Australia in 2012, my personal experience with perimenopause sparked a deeper commitment to supporting women through this life stage. I undertook further training through Dr Louise Newson's Confidence in the Menopause Course, to better understand the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes women face, and so I could offer expert, evidence-based care that’s tailored to each individual.

I am passionate about listening to each women's journey and empowering women to make informed decisions about their health. My approach focuses on healthy ageing, hormonal balance, and helping women feel like themselves again. Although I have loved being a GP, I am now focusing my practice exclusively on menopause and perimenopause care. I am a passionate advocate for women’s choice and education and keep up to date with the latest evidence-based menopause research. I regularly speak on menopause and midlife health, and am co-hosting a women’s wellness retreat in October 2025.

Outside the clinic, I am a proud mum who loves cheering on my daughters at soccer games, walking with friends, and staying strong by lifting weights at the gym. I look forward to meeting you!

Dr Michelle Delamont
Breast Physician | Menopause Specialist GP

Hello there!

My name is Michelle Delamont. I am an experienced breast physician with more than 35 years of clinical experience across hospital medicine, general practice, and specialised breast care. I am delighted to be joining Dr Nancy Momoff at Harmonia and to be contributing to her clinic’s commitment to high-quality, compassionate women’s
healthcare.

I began my career in general practice, achieving my Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1995. I later qualified as a Breast Physician and have spent over 17 years working at the Wesley Breast Clinic, where I developed extensive experience in breast assessment, diagnosis, and long-term care.

Spurred on by my clinical work, I developed a strong professional interest in menopausal health and the broader impacts of hormonal change and aging over the last decade. My long-standing interest in improving health outcomes for women, both at an individual and population level, prompted further study in Public Health and led me to my current role as State Clinical Director for BreastScreen Queensland.

My own experience with menopause sharpened my motivation to support and educate women meaningfully through what can be a complex and highly individual stage of life. I am passionate about empowering women with clear, evidence-based information and
helping them best navigate informed decisions that optimise their long-term health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I prioritise my own health and wellbeing through dancing, Pilates, swimming, and hiking, the latter of which my four fully-grown children are sometimesr oped into doing with me. I feel deeply privileged to support women in regaining a sense of themselves during the time around menopause and helping them approach their
health decisions with confidence.
