Initial Consultation
45 minutes
Fee: $380 | Medicare rebate: $122
Your first appointment is a deep dive into your health and your experience with perimenopause and menopause so far. We’ll take a detailed medical history, review your current symptoms, and ensure your preventative health care is up to date, which may include referring you for blood tests, mammograms or a bone density scan.
Together, we’ll review the available evidence-based treatments and choose the option that’s most appropriate for you.
Please bring any recent test results with you to your first consultation.
Follow-up Consultations
These appointments are used to refine treatment plans, review new test results, and support your long-term health goals, such as managing weight loss, improving strength and fitness and maximising long term health.
Once your treatment has stabilised, we can continue to support you with annual reviews, or transition your care back to your regular GP if preferred.
*For patients who have seen Dr Nancy Momoff for menopause care at another clinic, please book your appointment as review.
Please note: Appointments are time based- ie. if a 15-minute appointment runs over 20 minutes, it will be billed as an extended consultation.
STANDARD REVIEW
15 minutes
Fee: $130 | Medicare rebate: $42
Ideal for uncomplicated issues or your annual HRT review.
EXTENDED REVIEW
20 to 30 minutes
Fee: $250 | Medicare rebate: $82
Recommended if you have multiple concerns or wish to explore lifestyle strategies such as weight loss and health optimisation.
Video/ Telephone consults
Although face to face consultations are preferred , if you cannot attend in person or would like to change your appointment to telehealth or phone consult, please contact us on hello@harmoniawh.com.au after booking your appointment.
Please note, telehealth/ phone consults are only available to patients in Australia.
Repeat Prescriptions
Fee: $35 | No Medicare rebate
You will need to have had an appointment at Harmonia Women's Health before requesting a repeat prescription. Please book a review appointment if you have not been seen at this clinic yet.
Once you are an established patient at Harmonia, you can request a repeat prescription by emailing us at hello@harmoniawh.com.au.
After payment for the fee has been taken, we will send the script to you electronically by SMS or email (please state your preference).
An appointment will be required if you have not been seen for a review in the previous 12 months.
